What is the process to become a member?
Terra Isles Roleplay is a realistic and actively developing community founded by Emergency Service Enthusiasts and First Response Volunteers. Our mission is to provide a mature and lifelike experience for all of our members, whilst delivering an enjoyable environment simultaneously. The community bases itself on the fictional Grand Theft Auto universe with outside influences.
To become a member, review our Community Requirements for further information. This includes an applicant’s eligibility to become a full-time TRP Member. Otherwise, you can join our Operations Discord.
To join Terra Isles Roleplay, you submit the membership application, if you cannot fulfil an in-game obligation we encourage to join the Operational Communications Centre (hereinafter "OCC") through the accelerated Communications Officer route. Upon being accepted you will undergo the Communications Officer Training Program.
What is Terra Isles Roleplay and How do I apply to become a Member?
Effective on Friday the 26th of May 2023, our recruitment process will be fundamentally changing to align with our 2023 Community Goals for a more diverse, realistic and modern community.
Our platform empowers a stronger foundation of character-driven roleplay with an innovative approach to character story development with a balanced in-game economy.
Our most notable change to the recruitment process is members are no longer mandated to join specific departments instead each member will join as a civilian. Eligibility for employment to any state or federal government position (including law enforcement) requires a minimum a week of community membership.
Prospective members would submit the Community Membership Application before completing an interview to determine their eligibility. All members are instantly granted permission to roleplay as civilians, however, it is up to them whether or not they would like to develop their character further into join a Law Enforcement Agency.

Effective immediately (Tuesday the 28th of March 2023) following extensive enquiries into the candidate screening process by Community Administration and Senior DoR&FT Staff the following amendments and additions have been made.

Real Life Service Policy
Terra Isles Roleplay has a lot of real-life service members from various Armed Forces, Law enforcement, Medical and/or Fire/Rescue organisations. Therefore whenever mentioning on the application real-life experience you simply specify the location.
Sadly, we've received applications where people have attempted to portray their FiveM experience in replica communities (Such as using a real-life agency such as the Los Angeles Police Department) as actual real-life experiences.

Terra Isles Roleplay is a FiveM community hyper-focused on realism and authenticity to our real-life counterparts. With the previous statement in mind, we're looking for the most suitable members to ensure our environment thrives and we select the most appropriate members! Police operations have concluded at Oceanside Hospital and the Vinewood Casino.
At approximately 0250 hours Zulu standard (Sunday the 6th of Febuary 2023) Troopers assigned to the Vespucci Police Area Command attended the Oceanside Hopsital after receiving reports of a bomb threat.
Hospital Security with the assistance of police from Vespucci Police Area Command evacuated Hopsital and surrounding buildings.
Specialist police resources from the Aviation Command, Public Order & Riot Squad, Rescue & Bomb Disposal, Tactical Operations Unit and the Police Dog Service attended Oceanside Hospital to assist with the search of the property.
Following an extensive search of the property a suspected device was rendered safe by specialist police from the Resuce and Bomb Disposal Unit. The ordances were taken for specialist forensic examination.
Control of Oceanside Hospital was handed back to the Hospital's Director of Operations at approximately 0430 hours Zulu standard.
Investigations by the San Andreas JCTT remain ongoing.

Effective Saturday the 26th of November 2022, Terra Isles Roleplay and the Civilian Operations Command are accepting submissions of any interested members (or external members), to fill Junior Leadership positions within the Civilian Operations Command. A teenager has been charged by Homicide Squad detectives following extensive enquiries into a family murder in Mirror Park.
At approximately 0540 hours Zulu (Thursday the 1st of September 2022) Troopers assigned to Rockford Hills Police Area Command attended a house on Bridge Street, Mirror Park, after reports of a disturbance.
When police arrived, they located a 16-year-old covered in blood.
Three other occupiants were located inside the residence the mother, father and young sister who were all suffering stab wounds. Depsite efforts of emergency services, they died at the scene.
Detectives attached to Rockford Hills Police Area Command conducted initial enquiries beofre the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad took carraige of the investigation -- in collaboration with the Rockford Hills Police Area Command -- under Strike Force Thanatos.
Strike Force Thanatos will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder, sexual intercourse, asssault with the intent to have sexual intercourse (10-16). He was refused bail and appears before Vinewood District Court on Monday the 5th of September 2022.

Strike Force Raptor detective have charged two teenagers over a shooting murder of a man in South Los Santos.
At approximately 240 hours Zulu Saturday 3rd of September 2022, emergency services were called to Innocence Blvd at Strawberry, following reports of a shooting.
When police arrived, they located a man suffering gunshot wounds. Depsite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.
The man was later identified as 29-year-old, Sebastián Diego.
Initial enquiries were conducted by Troopers attached to Davis Police Area Command before detectives from the State Crime Command's Strike Force Raptor -- in collaboration with the Homicide Squad, PAC Investigations Section and the San Andreas Crime Commission (SACC) -- took carriage of the investigation under Strike Force Chatelaine.
Following numerous enquiries, strike force detectives -- with the assistances from the Public Order and Riot Squad -- attended a house in Davis and arrested two teenagers about 1128 hours Zulu Saturday the 3rd of September 2022.
They were taken to Mission Row Police Area Command and charged with murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, particiapte in a criminal group and supply prohibited drug.
They were refused bail to appear at Davis District Court tomorrow.

Strike Force Myosti is comprised of the Drug & Firearm Squad, Organised Crime Squad, Financial Crime Squad and various Police Area Command Detectives offices.
Troopers assigned to the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command assisted by Paleto Bay Police Area Command and Palomino Police Area Command conducted enforcement checkpoints and stops on various suspected heavy vehicles -- revealing mutilple defects for safety concerns.
At approximately 0620 hours Zulu (Monday the 30th of May 2022) Strike Force Myosti with the assistance from the Tactical Operations Unit, Police Dog Service, Police Rescue & Bomb Disposal Unit and PolAir executed a search warrant at a commerical property in Paleto Bay.
Officers from the Tactical Operations Unit approached the premises when two adult males produced firearms at police -- where one was fatally shot by police and the other was treated by Ambulance officers before being transported to hopsital under police guard.
During the search police seized 10, 000 illegal and unmarked firearms and a lot of intelligence which is being processed by specialist forensic police. Police recovered with the assistance of a Terra Isles Federal Police's Technology Detection Dog (TDD) phones hidden on the premises believed to be associated with the organised crime network (OCN).
A critical incident investigation team has been established and is investigating the circumstances to the shooting. Detectives from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad are assisting with the enquiry.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses for a suspected drive-by shooting in Mirror Park yesterday morning.
Police from Vinewood Police Area Command and North East Metropolitan Region responded to reports of shots fired on Bridge Street, Mirror Park, just after approximately 0730 hours Zulu (Saturday the 21st of May 2022).

A 32 year old man from Mirror Park has been charged following a police pursuit through Davis and El Burro Heights earlier this week.
At approximately 0130 hours Zulu standard (Saturday the 7th of May 2022) Troopers assigned to Davis Police Area Command attended a check bonafides files at a property on El Rancho Boulevard, El Burro Heights.
Troopers observed a blue Dodge Challenger inside the property Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle. When the vehicle failed to stop a pursuit was initiated.
The pursuit was terminated a short time later due to safety concerns.
Troopers assigned to Davis Police Area Command and the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command reintiated the pursuit in Davis after it was observed at a commerical property.
Police will allege the driver fled on foot after being observed Troopers into alleyways and backyards before being arrested for Police Pursuit (Evading a Peace Officer [F]), Destoying or Damaging Property and Possession of a Prohibited Drug.

Officers from the Terra Isles Federal Police (TFP)'s Airport Operations Command assisted.
About 0135 hours specialist police from the Tactical Operations Unit, Rescue & Bomb Disposal Unit, Public Order & Riot Squad and PolAir were notified and attended to organise a perimeter and subsquent investigation into the backpack.
At approximately 0140 hours Zulu the device was examined by specialist technicans from the Police Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit. A controlled disposal of the device was conducted at approximately 0200 hours.
Specialist forensic police from the Forensic Evidence & Technical Services Command examined the scene. The device was identified as an improvised explosive device (IED) which has been sent to the Terra Isles Bomb Data Centre.

A 29 year old Rockford Hills man is arrested following a police pursuit earlier today.
At approximately 0500 hours Zulu this morning (Saturday the 23rd of April 2022), Raptor Highway Patrol attempted to stop a Dundreary Stretch that was observed driving erratically and through red lights in Vinewood. When police activated their emergency lights and siren, the vehicle accelerated, ingoring police and failing to stop.
With the assistance of PolAir and Troopers from Vinewood Police Area Command the vehicle was pursued through the suburbs of Vinewood and Mirror Park. At approximately 0505 hours Zulu the pursuit was terminated due to safety concerns.
The vehicle was observed by PolAir until the driver attempted to flee into the Los Santos river when Troopers assigned to Vinewood PAC pursed. He was arrested and soon after taken to Vinewood PAC and charged with drive manner dangerous - 1st offence; and, Police pursuit - not stop - drive recklessly - 1st offence, resist hinder police officer in execution of duty, and assault and other actions against a police officer.

A Critical Incident Investigation has been launched following a fatal shooting in Paleto Bay this evening.
At approximately 0030 hours (Sunday the 27th of March 2022), a male person in possession of a stolen yellow Vapid Speedo failed to yeild for police earlier this evening on Route 1, Paleto Bay.
Troopers from the Traffic & Highway Patrol Command assisted by Paleto Bay Police Area Command were able stop the vehicle on Route 1 x Pyrite Ave, Paleto Bay, the male exited the vehicle and produced a bladed instructment and refused orders to drop the knife.
The male approached Troopers when a conducted-elecontric weapon (CEW) was deployed and a Trooper discharged their service weapon three times.
A Critical Incident Team assisted by the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad will now investigate all circumstances surroudning the incident.

On Friday the 18th of March 2022 Troopers assigned to the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command launched a high-visibility maximum enforcement period over the weekend targeting the four D's (drink, drug, dangerous; and distracted driving).

Police from various Police Area Commands across metropolitan and regional San Andreas interacted with numerous drivers and issued 29 Traffic Infringement Notices (cituations) for offences such as drink driving, speeding, dangerous & neglient driving offences and $29,844 in fines issued to drivers.
The operation saw most success in the Sandy Shores region and the Vespucci Beach/Little Soul area. Senior Sergeant Tyler T. urges motorists to slow down to safe speeds and avoid dangerous practices.
