  5. Reduced Activity Period The Department of Public Justice (DoPJRP) will be going into a Reduced Activity Period (RAP) from Thursday the 23rd of December 2021 until Sunday the 26th of December 2021. Questions and Answers Q) What is a reduced activity period? This is a period of time when specialist Community Administrative functions are non-operational or work at a minimum level this includes but isn't limited to; Department of Recruitment & Field Training, Department of Support, Department of Investigations, etc. Prospective applicants can still be accepted, interviewed and/or trained though there will be no "mandatory" events held across the Community. Q) Why have a reduced activity period? Members are still encouraged to patrol and enjoy the community environment. Q). Can I still submit an application/be recruited? Most certainly! We will never prevent somebody from submitting an application to join the DoPJRP Community. However, this reduced activity period ensures our Staff has the ability "decompress" after a stressful year! An Administrative Notice will be released on both our Discord and the DoPJRP website.on Thursday the 23rd of December 2021. DoPJRP Leadership Staff and Recruitment Officers can answer further questions, queries or doubtful points about this announcement in the DoPJRP ask-a-DoPJRP-member. We hope everybody enjoys the Christmas period and look forward to introducing many new people to our community/friendship! Thank you, DoPJRP Senior Leadership Staff

  15. Holiday Message from the DoPJRP Executive Leadership Team To all Members of the Department of Public Justice Team: Potential Applicants, Integration Phase Applicants, Members and Administrators. With the Christmas Stand-Down and many of us preparing for a well-earned break, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your commitment, dedication and support to the Department of Public Justice Roleplay Community throughout 2020. It has been a tremendous year with obstacles that we all had to overcome from daily life issues, to a global pandemic and constant changes to the Community and our Departments. Across 2020, we have skyrocketed our Trainee Programs (Policing Students, Fire Students, OCC Recruits and Civilian Recruits) averaging four new members every month. This has seen a massive increase into our Training Exercises, Restructure of Curriculum programs and General overall improvements across the Community. One of the greatest privileges I've had being the Commander of the Department of Public Justice is the opportunity to meet and work with some of the most dedicated, committed, and hardworking members of the Grand Theft Auto Online Modding Community whilst also being able to lead and influence a Roleplay Community with a bunch of like-minded-people into a successful 2020! Whilst there isn't a perfect way to lead a Community into success and we have experienced many new learning experiences as a Team (Leadership Staff) the Community has continued to strive to serve our core values Courage, Initiative, Integrity, Professionalism, Accountability and Respect. Across 2020, our team has observed many positives during Parade (Patrol), and General Community functions including growing together and expanding across over gaming platforms. Whilst 2021 promises another exciting year for the Community and our Team, with the continued implementation of various community lead initiatives (Department of Communities and Justice and Increasing Community Numbers to name a few) and the enhancement on our Corporate Services (Development, Support, etc) our team and community will continue to complete the task. While many read this it will be a time for reflection and family. On behalf of the Department of Public Justice Senior Leadership (Executive Board of Directors and Administration Staff), I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Be safe, look out for each other and our adult members driving remember to have Plan B when drinking. We look forward to creating an amazing and successful 2021. Recruitment, Technical Support and Development have stood down for Christmas and will resume normal operations on the 26th of December 2020.
